Casa Adella is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home located in the village of Coronado, CA. The home comfortably sleeps a maximum number of 6 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed and French Doors to allow cool air flow, or San Diego’s version of “A/C”. As of fall 2022, air conditioning has been added to the home. Bathrooms have shower in one bath and tub/shower in the second bath. Home has natural hardwood floors, so no wheeled shoes or high heel shoes allowed, please. The home has a large, private and quiet backyard with outdoor living space and an unfenced fish pond. BBQ provided. No pets are allowed, unless prior approval from owner.

Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check in is self service. Check out time is 10:00 am. A bi-weekly cleaning fee will be added to each visit.

The City of Coronado has strict vacation rental property guidelines for residential properties and we firmly adhere to these guides. Please know that homes can only be rented monthly, or once each 26 days.

Valerie is a host extraordinaire! She responded to any questions and concerns, often within minutes. One could not ask for a better host in every way.

The property is perfectly located within easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. It is such a beautiful updated historic property with a stunning back yard. An added bonus was the July 4th fireworks over Glorietta Bay right from the patio.

I look forward to renting this property again next summer!!!!

We had the most fantastic stay at this property…we didn’t want to leave. Valerie was wonderful…she checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and to give us recommendations.

My husband and I were in town visiting family. When we weren’t busy, we just enjoyed relaxing at the house. It is so tranquil…the grounds have beautiful gardens and the house couldn’t be more gorgeous. We will definitely stay here when we visit in the future! Highly recommend to anyone staying on Coronado!

  • Aug 1-30, 2025 - $565.00 per night or $14,000.00 for a 30 day period. Minimum rental is 26 nights.
